We have tried to make the site as easy to navigate and as informative as possible, however we do value your feedback and would very much appreciate any comments you may have. Free UK Mainland Delivery
We deliver free to the UK Mainland. All our rugs are packaged in TWO sealed plastic wraps for extra protection and are collected from our warehouse by either TNT, Parcel Force or Royal Mail. ALL the items for sale on our website are physically stocked and not purchased from another UK supplier. This means that we can typically deliver to mainland UK within 3 working days, but please allow a maximum of 7 days. We will inform you pre despatch via e-mail or phone, and we can also arrange for a specific date more convenient to yourself.
Delivery to the rest of the UK (NOT Mainland)
For delivery to non-Mainland UK (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles) there is an additional charge of £10 to £25 depending on the rug size. Please note that delivery may take up to an additional 3 days to these locations. We will confirm additional charge before processing order and payment.
Delivery to the Rest of the European Union and USA
Please contact us and we will be happy to quote you a price for delivery. Please use the contact form by clicking here. For smaller items it may not be cost effective for you to deliver to these locations, therefore we advise contacting us for a price prior to making a purchase. Please include your full address and the the item you would like to purchase.
We accept payment in Pounds Sterling GBP using all major credit and debit cards, online or over the phone and by UK cheque. Our online payments are handled by ProTX, and all payment transactions occur on their secure site for your added peace of mind and protection. To make payment over the telephone please contact us on 0845 22 66 4 66. Please make cheques payable to Latif Rugs Ltd, and post them to Latif Rugs Ltd, Latif House, First Way, Wembley, Middx HA9 0JD. We can only deliver to the address registered to the credit/debit card.
Your credit card details are never revealed to ourselves. After making your selection, you will be redirected to Protxs secure website where payment transaction will take place.
Checking Order Status
You can check on your order status at any time after you have placed an order. To do so log in using your e-mail address and password and click on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top right of the screen. If you forget your password, then you can ask for a reminder to be e-mailed to you.
Returning Damaged Goods
If in the unlikely event that you receive your rug and it is visibly damaged from the outside on arrival please do not accept delivery. The rug will be returned to us and we will replace it or refund as per your request. If a rug is found to be damaged or faulty internally on opening, please contact us by e-mail or fax at once (unfortunately no longer than 7 days after you receive the rug) and then repackage the rug ready for return. Once we get the rug back we will examine it and arrange a refund or replacement. Obviously damage that occurs after a rug is received by a customer, or that is reported more than 7 days after receipt, is not covered.

Money-back Satisfaction Guarantee and Cancellations
You may cancel your purchase prior to despatch and your payment will not be processed. Once the rug is despatched and delivered, you may return the rug for a refund, provided it remains unused and in "as new" condition. Please inform us via e-mail or fax within 7 days of receiving the rug. You will need to repackage the rug and return it to us at your expense and we advise you to keep proof of postage and arrange adequate insurance. We can arrange a collection on your behalf if required. We recommend you keep the original packaging as it can prove useful if you do decide to return the rug. Please note it is important that you package the rug securely. Provided that the rug is in new unmarked condition we will make a full refund. Please call if you'd like further information on this.
