Afghan rugs produced on the border of Pakistan around Peshawar. Kazak rugs are produced using both Ghazni and Karachi wool. Ghazni is hand spun wool and has better durability and shine. Kazak is an old Caucasian design and the Kazak section under Caucasian rugs should be read in conjunction with this one for a more comprehensive understanding of the handsome rugs.
